Description
The Partner Success Executive is the primary operational link between TradingPRO and its Partner’s network of Introducing Brokers (IBs). The goal of this role is to ensure every partner is fully equipped to succeed, technically proficient in using our platforms, and actively growing their trading volume. This is an entry-level position with high growth potential for a candidate eager to build a career in the Forex and FinTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. IB Technical Enablement & Onboarding
- Portal Mastery: Conduct "Portal Walkthroughs" for new and existing IBs, ensuring they understand link generation, tracking, and reporting within the TradingPRO dashboard.
- Tool Integration: Guide IBs on how to offer TradingPRO-specific tools (Trade Hub, Social Trading) to their client base to increase retention.
- Marketing Setup: Assist IBs in deploying the TradingPRO Marketing Kit, ensuring they have the correct digital banners and social media assets for their campaigns.
2. Performance Monitoring & Growth
- Activity Tracking: Monitor the daily performance of the IBs network to identify active, dormant, or declining partners.
- The "Tier Push": Identify IB nearing the next commission level (e.g., Partners to Prime) and conduct outreach to help them reach the necessary volume targets.
- Promo Broadcasting: Communicate all active TradingPRO promotions and contests to the IB network to drive short-term volume spikes.
3. Network Operations & Compliance
- Policy Communications: Blast regular updates regarding trading conditions, holiday hours, and leverage changes to all partners.
- Broker Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for IBs regarding technical or account issues, escalating to the Head of Partnership or Broker Support when necessary.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Language
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Multi-language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Skills
- Tech savvy – Ability to quickly learn trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and partner portal interfaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to speak with experienced traders and partners
- Strong numeracy skills for reviewing volume reports and understanding rebate structures
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge
Familiarity with forex, CFD trading, or financial markets is highly desirable.
